Organization

The Center's director is Dr. Allen W. Song. He is assisted scientifically and administratively by Dr. Scott A. Huettel, Associate Director for Cognitive Neuroscience and Dr. Michele Diaz, Assistant Director. The Center is directly overseen by the Dean of School of Medicine, Dr. Nancy Andrews, with additional guidance from an Oversight Committee consisting of chairs from participating departments across Duke (Radiology, Psychiatry, Neurobiology, Center for Cognitive Neuroscience) and UNC (Psychiatry). In addition, a scientific review committee steers the research aims and provides guidance to the Director on resource allocations.
